Description: Jesus was brutally whipped, mocked, and force to carry his cross to Calvary where he would ultimately die. While Jesus hung from the cross, capillaries in his eyes burst, causing him to cry blood, and as he looked down at the people mocking his death, he asked his father, God, to forgive them. They did not know what they were doing. He asked his father why he had forsaken him and heard nothing in return. As he started to flow in and out of consciousness, Jesus said, "It is finished." and let out his final breath.
